Sarah Muir has been cooking for rock royalty for over twenty years.

As a classically trained cook, she has worked in every corner of the world creating and serving food that meets the most demanding and exacting of standards.

Arches Cookery School, a leading cookery course specialist, required an eye-catching, mobile-friendly e-commerce platform to complement her cookery school based in North Yorkshire.

After a visit to Arches Cookery School, it was clear from the start this was a very impressive and professional setup. One thing that stood out was the arches – we had to incorporate this into the logo and branding.

Sarah’s passion, energy and love for food was emphatic. The website had to reflect this, it had to be bold and exciting, making it a fun experience for users of all ages.

Our main focus was to provide visitors with an enjoyable, user-friendly shopping experience across all formats – desktop, tablet and mobile devices. A comprehensive booking system was put in place to handle all cookery lessons and a full e-commerce feature for the products. An E-Voucher system was also integrated into the system to coincide with courses – this made Sarah’s life much easier, no more trips to the Post Office!

We had access to a large collection of quality food images, all fresh from the Arches Cookery School. This allowed us to enhance the website with rich and colourful photos throughout the site.

How it went

Since the launch of her new website, Sarah has enjoyed huge success with high volumes of bookings throughout the year! The E-Voucher system has also been a great addition for both Sarah and her clients.
