Fast Box are a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging products with a 50,000 square foot manufacturing plant based in Leeds West Yorkshire.

They approached us in 2019 to create a separate Ecommerce website under the Fast Box brand (Fast Box Direct), to sell cardboard products to the public (rather than B2B).

Brand creation

Crafting the branding for Fastbox Direct was an invigorating process, driven by the mission to exemplify their expertise in the field.

Central to the design was their distinctive box logo, representing reliability and efficiency. The color palette was meticulously chosen to convey a sense of trust and professionalism, with bold hues of deep blue and crisp white evoking a sense of dependability and precision. For the font, we opted for a sleek and modern typeface, reinforcing their contemporary approach while ensuring clarity and readability. By seamlessly blending these elements, we achieved a powerful brand identity that not only resonates with their target audience but also conveys Fastbox Direct’s unwavering commitment to excellence in their services.

In a very competitive market, we researched day and night to better understand the challenges and competition we would face – the website had to elevate the company to the top level. Branding needed to make an immediate impact – boxes had to make you smile upon receiving!

When creating eCommerce websites, we know first-hand just how important usability is. From ‘searching for items’ to ‘adding them to your cart’, the whole process needs to be seamless and user-friendly.

We chose WooCommerce to handle online sales – the powerful and feature-rich platform, provides customers with a simple digital shopping experience.

The Fast Box Direct website perfectly complements its parent website Fast Box.

We operate a successful marketing campaign, daily, our team are fine tuning all marketing communication channels for optimal conversion rates.

As a direct result, Fast Box Direct are excelling, with sales increasing each quarter since the first year of launching.
